Sacred writing:the need of the forthcoming flight scared me to death.
It was time for me and my friend to decide where to spend our holidays. She suggested going to France for a week or so. We had only one day left to make up our minds. The idea was perfect: we were going to spend the whole week in Paris, living on uor own accounts. Only one miserable thing made me feel uncomfortable-in particular, the forthcomimg flight scared me to death.

I found 2 slips of pen - uor instead of our and forthcomimg instead of forthcoming. And that's all for grammar. As for the piece itself I found it nice, because it shows you as an open person (you can't imagine pleasant pastime without your friend), but it doesn't really develop a subject of the forthcoming flight.
